What area of Low tech are you thinkin...communication, switch toys, environmental controls...
I did hear of a low tech inexpensive idea for both teachers and parents that I liked....
Using digital pictures to create books on functional community activities or daily routines and using the pictures to create talking books on Powerpoint. The kids love it…they have the Powerpoint book at school and then can take home the hard copy book. You can include words and pictures or signs depending on the child’s level. Switch users can use the digital power point books.
